Wired has an article on how an 18 year old guy cracked a Twitter employee’s account and managed to change passwords to a number of high profile accounts. None of us are perfect and anything, given enough time, can be cracked. But this just illustrates that we needn’t make it easy for people.
While most people can’t control whether or not the site they are using disallows multiple login attempts or not, the CAN control what sort of passwords they use for everything.
